This position is located in Office of Chief Financial Officer. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as an analyst or advisor on developing and preparing reports, technical briefings, and other communications necessary to attain concurrence and investment in OCFO initiatives.

Duties

Serve as a consultant and principal advisor to senior leadership on a wide range of critical projects and programs that have broad scope and are essential to the mission. Develop, review, and manage correspondence and briefing materials on programs, policies, and procedures. Plan, review and implement new guidance or policies in a variety of administrative areas throughout OCFO. Conduct extensive research and analysis on administrative projects to gather and analyze relevant data, develop options, make recommendations, and provide comprehensive reports. Develop comprehensive plans and strategies for the internal and external integration of day-to-day and long-range projects.

Qualifications

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/24/2024. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/24/2024. GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Developing, evaluating, analyzing and interpreting policies to resolve complex problems and their impact; Supporting and monitoring information workflow and technology systems to ensure mission requirements are met; Advising management on recommended solutions to various problems; AND Developing internal communications, information systems, management techniques and/or other operational solutions.
