This position is located in Management Directorate, Front Office.
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will provide advice and guidance on complex and diverse administrative, financial and logistical support programs and operations to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
Duties
Directs administrative and professional activities related to taskings, budget, management analysis, and training.
Manages the design, development, and delivery of high-quality training, engagement, and development opportunities for employees.
Serves as an expert consultant on broad projects and programs with potential national impacts.
Oversees development of automated data processes to intake varied data sets leading to robust and dynamic dashboards, identification of trends and anomalies, and establishment of other risk indicators.
Oversees, manages, and approves all aspects of work products that flow from other directorate offices including data calls, communications and messaging, policy and guidance documents.
Projects and analyzes the potential effects of budgetary actions on program viability and the attainment of program objectives.
Qualifications
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/28/2024.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/28/2024.
GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
Managing complex administrative programs and leading personnel in an organizational environment.
Leading working groups and studies involving mission critical programs.
Planning, directing, and analyzing an organization's support programs or related functions in accordance with broad program objectives in order to develop process improvements.
Writing, developing and delivering briefings, project papers and reports.
