This position is located in Management Directorate, Office of Security & Integrity, Resource Management Division. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will provide effective administration, oversight and guidance to maximize the use of OSI's resources in the areas of budget, human resources, training, project management, property, and contracts.

Duties

Leads the Resource Management Division, directing and overseeing through subordinate supervisors all resource functions to include financial operations, HR related operations, strategic planning, mission support, and core operational functions. Performs varied and complex duties through the completion of special studies, detailed analysis, development and execution of implementation strategies, for all OSI resource functions. Exercises a full range of workload planning, establishing priorities, setting goals, and assigning tasks. Directs the activities of subordinate supervisors and expert staff responsible for resource management, budget formulation and execution, procurement, human resources, property management, logistics, training, workload analysis, and other issues. Represents the Division in a leadership role through interaction with internal and external stakeholders of the Division exchanging information related to the Division's area of responsibility. Provides leadership and guidance to subordinate supervisors practicing sound position management when assigning work and aligning duties. Implements work efficiencies, promotes team building, provides advice, counsel, and instruction on all administrative matters.

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 02/16/2024. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 02/16/2024. GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Evaluating the impact of new legislation or regulations on programs, missions, and strategic plans; Leading an administrative program (human resources, training, project management, budgeting, fiscal forecasting, contracting, or property management) for a large organization; Reviewing and drafting memorandums, reports, operating policy, and other documents related to ongoing and finished projects; Analyzing scope, methods, and resource requirements and schedules for projects and supporting analyses; Leading and coaching a team of employees in the performance of their duties; Please read the following important information to ensure you submit everything we need to consider your application: It is your responsibility to ensure that you submit your responses and appropriate documentation prior to 02/16/2024.
