You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (MIL MANPOWER/CE) in the NAVAL AVIATION SCHOOLS COMMAND of NAVAL AVIATION SCHOOLS COMMAND.
Duties
You will analyze administrative programs to locate and eliminate ineffective procedures or processes
You will analyze manpower data systems (e.g., Total Force Manpower Management System [TFMMS], Navy Enlisted Classification [NEC] coding system)
to identify enlisted billets and funding.
You will discuss results of manpower analysis with working groups.
You will analyze civilian personnel and resource management issues to identify problem areas
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Must obtain and maintain DON IG Investigator Certification, per NETCINST 4370.lA.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducts a variety of studies, as requested at approved by the Commanding Officer (CO) or Executive Director (ED), concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and operations of NASC carried out by administrative and professional personnel and substantive administrative support functions such as supply, budget or procurement which facilitate program operations; 2) Manages, coordinates, organizes, and conducts command evaluations of command programs to provide technical assistance with assigned programs; 3) Provides coordination and assistance with NASC staff in the accurate, complete, and timely maintenance, tracking, and submission of organizational charts.
