Duties

Serves as the Chief of Fort Gregg-Adams Operations Group, within the Financial Operations Division, Financial and Business Operations (FB). Responsible for the formulation and execution of DCMA resources, performance measurement, and improvements in support of agency Headquarters Components. Develops, publishes, and measures goals structured to track the progress towards accomplishment of the DCMA vision and mission. Provides guidance, assistance, and overall direction to FB Senior Leadership, HQ Executive Directors and subordinate resource analysts on resource allocation and execution. Develops methodology and innovative methods for planning and executing labor/full time equivalent forecasts and non-labor through a variety of complex and unique analyses. Develops and maintains appropriate processes for ensuring funds are executed in compliance with fiscal law and Agency regulation and policy.

Qualifications

To qualify for a(n) Supervisory Resource Analyst , your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Planning and overseeing the budgeting and execution of resources for multiple organizations. Overseeing large (10-20 people) diverse teams of resource and budget analysts. Evaluating performance, summarizing results, and recommending alternative methods to achieve Agency strategic goals.

Education

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
