You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the International Fleet Program (SEA 21) of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
Duties
You will serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative and Subject Matter Expert for SEA 21 International Fleet Program.
You will serve as the principle business advisor providing advice and guidance on acquisition strategy, policy, contract type, required documentation and source selection.
You will develop long-term acquisition strategies that serve to meet the needs of the program office.
You will ensure an acquisition strategy that provides for the timely delivery of materials and technical support to facilitate on-time
delivery of mission critical services and equipment.
You will maintain successful acquisition strategies in order to fulfill Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case requirements.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing, exercising or carrying out contracting rules to ensure proper case file management for Foreign Military Sale (FMS) case requirements.
