You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Aviation Strategic Engagement and end-to-end Supply Chain Management Branch of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Duties
You will plan, develop and implement long-range, intermediate and short-term supply chain management goals in support of designated business process.
You will be responsible for defining integrated supply chain management plans, recommending innovative solutions for possible application to Navy programs/systems and assist in the development of findings and recommendations.
You will support supply chain or process owners to ensure compliance with set processes, policies and procedures.
You will develop, establish and implement NAVSUP supply chain policy and procedures.
You will apply business processes within the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying an extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management concepts, principles, policies, functions and business processes within the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain programs initiatives is also required. Specialized experience may include the following: 1) Develop strategies and procedures to improve Navy ERP supply chain systems; 2) Recommend changes in policies and procedures to support Class IX repairables and naval industrial operations; 3) Ability to lead others, gather suspended and defective material program requirements, and recommend system changes within a cross SYSCOM environment as enterprise lead; 4) Ability to analyze, review, and evaluate supply management programs; 5) Develop reports, metrics, and other data deliverables while utilizing database tools such as MS Access and SAS to drive program recommendations and improvements; 6) Ability to provide clear and concise information via oral and written communication to various stakeholders including team members, customers and leadership
