You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the Marine Corps District S-1 of 4TH MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will plan and coordinate the procurement of replacements (military and civilian), allocating replacements and preparation of administrative material.
You will provide office administrative support in all matters pertaining to personnel management and miscellaneous administrative functions
You will analyze, evaluate, and schedule the administrative and annual training requirements of civilian personnel and their military supervisors.
You will maintain a variety of office files, databases, work load tracking/reports ensuring appropriate formats and record keeping rules are followed; develop new or revised MCD organization charts/narratives as directed.
You will prepare all required documents for Marine MCD personnel regarding civilian personnel matters (i.e., PD's, RPA, awards, performance actions).

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Occasional travel within the United States will be required to assist in the execution of conferences, meetings and events.
- Incumbent is required to exercise normal safety precautions.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card with travel and purchase authority.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting analysis of administrative programs by researching, interpreting and analyzing training and resource data to develop reports and recommendations for manpower or personnel requirements.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree

OR
Combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
