Duties
Serves as Chief Analytical Officer for the command and advisor to senior agency management on the development and implementation of automation, Enterprise Business System (EBS) policies and procedures in the areas of:
Order Fulfillment, Planning, Procurement, and Technical and Quality.
Champions data literacy and acumen across the Land and Maritime workforce while building and preserving data analysis capacity within the Directorate
Conceptualizes studies and serves as senior advisor to the Commander regarding functional process performance issues.
Identifies functional process issues and develops proposals for new or revised process structures to improve performance effectiveness.
Leads the site's efforts to integrate Enterprise Business System (EBS) processes in all elements of logistics systems and operations by executing decisions, and policy guidance directed by the Process Owners.
Oversees and manages Enterprise Business System (EBS) functional requirements and coordinate crucial changes to EBS data.
Participates in war planning events involving various DoD entities and personnel using SIPRNET as the primary mode of communication.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Process Integrator your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Understanding of applicable audit readiness end-to-end processes within a process management functional area to include manual and system processes and their associated internal controls.
Ensuring processes are in compliance with applicable laws/policies/regulations, well documented and regularly maintained.
Providing clear guidance to the workforce on what constitutes quality evidential matter and evidential matter retention requirements.
Providing timely response to auditor requests and aggressive implementation of corrective action plans associated with audit deficiencies.
Developing and coordinating process improvements and solutions.

Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
