Duties

You will be responsible for maintenance of SSP's command-wide EVM policies, instructions, and guides consistent with the strategic vision established by SP173 and in compliance with higher authority. You will develop and maintain Integrated Program Management (IPM) and EVM education materials and plans in accordance with requirements. You will monitor and make recommendations for command IPM/EVM training. You will review contract provisions for IPM/EVM. You will coordinate EVM inputs into internal and higher-level reports (e. g. DOD EVM Central Repository, ASN (RDA) Dashboard). You will perform analysis of assigned datasets.

Requirements

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-2 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing data and developing reports of organization or operating program performance, particularly analyzing and drawing conclusions about budget, execution plans, contract performance, estimated completion cost, schedule, or organization performance measures, preparing, and presenting reports and presentations from data for management use, and developing studies and analyses of performance data to inform and influence management decisions.
