About the Position: Serve as a staff analyst to plan, develop, and monitor implementation of plans, policies, procedures, and guidance for Garrison to assist with productivity, quality management, and organization improvements.

Duties

Provide consultant and advisory services to create the strategic business plans. Perform staff actions/analyses and coordination actions related to all aspects of continuous improvement management. Provide continuous improvement advisory service to garrison staff concerning major work processes and administrative programs. Ensure consistency between future goals and program efficiencies against mission priorities and efficiency. Provide information in a formal or informal setting to educate or train stakeholders as well as obtain feedback on services.
