You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NIPO FMS FIELD OFFICE.
Duties
You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Navy International Programs Office (NIPO).
You will develop briefs/required documents for senior managers to review and sign and provide recommendations to correct identified program variances or problem areas.
You will interact independently and proactively with others both internally and externally to resolve complex/difficult problems and to develop and implement strategies or techniques for resolving program/project problems.
You will provide world class customer service in person, by telephone, and email and complete correspondence.
You will independently interact with NIPO management and key operating officials in the Secretariat HR Office/OCHR on recruitment actions, ensuring required documents are processed timely and accurately.
You will serve on a Human Capital team responsible for advising managers on areas such as staffing methods, succession planning, classification/qualifications, billet management, and monetary awards in accordance with published AcqDemo policies.
You will independently process standard civilian personnel actions in accordance with AcqDemo guidelines.
You will evaluate AcqDemo civilian human resources business processes, employment policies and historical practices to streamline and improve quality of services.
You will perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
Experience utilizing DoD Regulations, policies, procedures, and standards for workflow and administrative actions including a high degree of oral and written communication techniques.
Experience applying procedures requirements regulations and policies related to specialized experience in the work of the unit including the ability to maintain credibility with others in technical matters.
Experience researching, analyzing, interpreting and applying rules regulations and procedures.
Experience utilizing Microsoft applications including Share Point.
