You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of DON/AA.
Duties
You will manage all aspects of the directives process; work as an action officer, write action memorandums to senior leadership.
You will analyze and evaluate major record groups and holdings to ensure appropriate records are created and maintained to document Navy organizations, procedures and transactions.
You will evaluate effectiveness of current operations, procedures and systems, and recommends improvements or modifications.
You will implement organizational policies and standards for filing and maintenance of records, including maintenance and management of the Standard Subject Identification Codes.
You will assist the director and Records Officer in programs and mission responsibilities.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with records management systems and information resource management programs.
Experience applying management techniques and analytical methods to identify and solve complex problems.
Experience evaluating Federal Information Technology guidelines and directives.
Experience with Federal Records, Directives, Forms, and Information Collections Programs.
Experience reviewing declassification procedures.
