About the Position: The incumbent will be assigned to the 406th Army Field Support Brigade, Logistics Readiness Center, Supply and Services Division, at Fort Moore, Georgia.

Duties

Makes purchases using U.S. Government Purchase Card (GPC) for items not available through the Army wholesale supply system. Maintains electronic and hard copy transaction logs, with required information, for all purchases Performs a variety of functions to ensure accurate and timely supply actions

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Incumbent is required to possess a valid government motor vehicle operator’s license.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift operator certificate within 90 days of employment.
  • Incumbent is subject to a medical clearance examination prior to employment. This position may require an annual physical or medical surveillance examination.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment when in warehouse areas and operating forklift.
  • Must complete GCSS-Army training within 30 days of employment.
  • Must complete Government Purchase Card (GPC) training within 30 days of employment
