About the Position: This position is located at Fort Moore, GA. Fort Moore, GA is located 100 miles south of Atlanta and is adjacent to Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama.
Duties
Serve as hand receipt holder and is the accountable officer responsible for the management, direction, and administration of the property hand receipt and real property management.
Ensure prompt and proper processing of a variety of supply documents that includes examination, validation, coding, and reconciliation of the documents.
Maintain accountability for DES Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) in support of the Guard force that serves the Fort Moore community.
Maintain the DES property book register.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) purchasing experience using government mandated sources; 2) Property book experience including maintaining hand receipts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
