You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Warehouse Operations, Material Readiness Department of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Logistics Center, Keyport Division, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA) in Crane, Indiana.
Duties
You will be required to utilize the principles behind Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Operating, Material and Supply functionality and of NAVSEA Warfare Center processes.
You will provide Inventory Management, Warehouse Management functionality, process direction, reporting, and financial matters related to Operating, Material and Supply.
You will receive technical direction and coordinate with NSLC Operating, Material and Supply Lead, and Branch Head on all matters related to site Navy ERP issues.
You will assist the Warehouse Lead with Operating, Material and Supply program management.
You will perform warehouse and administrative functions to facilitate logistics support.
You will conduct daily warehouse inventory operations and apply established warehouse management methods, procedures, and business practices to locate, organize, and move assets.
You will apply approved technical solutions and methods of delivery and make adjustments to accomplish workload and address/resolve warehouse management and logistical support procedural, technical, and automation issues.
You will report on visibility and accountability of assets and compliance with governing policy.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current MHE and Forklift certification within 90 days of appointment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing methods, techniques, and procedures of supply planning and administration to provide alternative solutions, causative research, conclusions, decision making, or recommendations.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a Master's or equivalent graduate degree;
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Master's degree;
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D., in a field directly related to the position being filled.
