You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Property Management Department of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Logistics Center (NSLC), Keyport Division, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Mechanicsburg, PA (NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA) in Crane, IN..
Duties
You will develop and manage technical and administrative personnel; planning, organizing, and directing work efforts.
You will coordinate efforts with both program management officials and Warfare Center on-site personnel.
You will assure compliance with governing regulations, policy, and procedures.
You will serve as Operating Materials and Supplies technical expert.
You will facilitate and support executive and operational level decision making, develop new supply support strategies, and solve major conflicts in policy and procedures.
You will manage inventories, assess operations, and conduct inspections/audits to assure visibility and accountability of Operating Materials and Supplies.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading the evaluation and implementation of guidance to ensure optimization for an operating materials and supplies warehouse.
