You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the OM&S Property Management Department of the Naval Sea Logistics Center (of NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA) in Crane, IN.
Duties
You will lead and manage the execution of assigned functions and taskings.
You will staff, develop, and manage a unit composed of technical and administrative personnel.
You will interpret and provide technical guidance in the application of supply management policies and operational guidance regarding methods and procedures.
You will author/facilitate development of new technical and administrative procedures.
You will enforce established material management policies to ensure the warehouses are compliant with Navy's Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalency) or grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing operating materials and supply program data to identify and promote improvements for functional operation of a warehouse.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR
- Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR
- An LL.M., if related to the position being filled; OR
- A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
