You will serve as a Senior Office Manager in the Propulsion & Energetics Division, Weapons & Energetics Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will independently coordinate office management support efforts.
You will create travel orders and vouchers, in accordance with appropriate travel regulations, for employees attending off-site meetings, conferences, and training classes.
You will pick-up and deliver mail and route documents to appropriate sources.
You will answer telephone calls, greet visitors, ascertain the nature of calls or visits, and refer them to the appropriate staff members.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band (DG-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Drafting memorandums in accordance with established manuals; 2) Preparing and processing travel documents, including travel orders, vouchers, and itineraries utilizing travel management system; 3) Performing a full range of office management procedures to support the planning, coordinating and/or prioritizing of tasks; 4) Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings or conferences; 5) Working with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Programs).
