You will serve as a Senior Office Manager in the Threat Target Systems Dept, Mobile & Integrated Threat Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will provide office manager and administrative support to the Threat Target System Department personnel at the China Lake site.
You will makes necessary travel arrangements for (foreign and domestic) travel.
You will independently maintain the Division Head's and Integrated Project Teams (IPT) Leaders calendars.
You will makes the necessary arrangements for project related/staff meetings in support of the IPTs.
You will maintains several Department Conference Room schedules.
You will format and proofread draft PowerPoint slides and builds individual PowerPoint slides in support of technical presentations.
You will be maintain current employee rosters, weekly employee locator logs, and organization charts in addition to maintaining office filing, assisting in the processing of training requests.
You will order routine office supplies from vendors, preparing requisitions, and purchasing supplies as a credit card purchaser.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band (DG-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following:1) Performing government purchase card procurements for the Department, Division and IPTs; 2) Providing office and administrative support to senior leaders including scheduling and arranging meetings, managing calendars and schedules, and coordinating conference rooms; 3) Reviewing correspondence in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures; 4) Making travel arrangements, both foreign and domestic using the Joint Travel Regulations, Joint Federal Travel Regulations, the Defense Travel System, Travel Charge Card; 5) Exercising independent judgment in dealing with high-level managers internal and external to the organization; 6) Exercising independent judgment in dealing with high-level managers internal and external to the organization.
