About the Position: Serves as a Financial Analyst (Financial Compliance) for the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), provides direction to the financial staff relative to appropriated fund accounting and the Certified Financial Officer (CFO) Act compliancy.

Duties

Formulates, implements, administers, reviews and evaluates U.S. Army accounting policy for financial management and accounting operations. Assist with administration of the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) accounting system and any follow -on accounting systems as required. Oversees the MACOM or staff agency programs for improving financial statements, recording, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
  • Up to 50% TDY is required
  • FM Level II is required
