You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MARINE CORPS STUDENT REGISTRAR BRANCH of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the primary analyst of the Marine Corps Training Input Plan (TIP) and lead the annual TIP development and execution cycle.
You will solicit and enter Student Registrar Module Course Attendance and Disposition reports for over 16,000 classes per year in order to track the execution of the TIP.
You will analyze the TIP, military occupational specialty (MOS) training tracks, and course attrition and execution data to identify and resolve problems and support process improvement.
You will collect, review, analyze and report training and workloads data for all Marine Corps budget submissions.
You will prepare annual training utilization summary reports for planners throughout the Marine Corps.
You will conduct briefings for the Director, Standards Division, Branch Head, and other managers in support of any areas sited above.
You will coordinates and/or attends meetings and conferences with Marine Corps officials as well as representatives from other branches of the Government.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting the Training Input Plan (TIP) to include monitoring the inputs to, analyzing the contents of, resolving conflicts within the data, and distributing analyses to occupational field managers and training input sponsors.
