Duties
You will perform a variety of general office duties, as either an Office Manager or Senior Office Manager.
You will support personnel with creating/modifying travel orders.
You will prepare, review, edit important paperwork, forms, documents and memorandums.
You will coordinate meetings and events, in addition to maintaining calendars.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Qualifications
FOR DG-03:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or DG-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Preparing and maintaining documents/forms/memorandums;
2) Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate employee;
3) Ability to take directions and follow through with requirements;
4) Tracking and ordering office supplies as needed.
FOR DG-04:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or DG-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Supporting personnel with creating and modifying travel orders;
2) Preparing, reviewing and maintaining new-hire paperwork, in addition to other various important documents/forms;
3) Maintaining calendars and scheduling/coordinating meetings and events;
4) Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint and Access).

Education
The following education may be substituted for specialized experience:
FOR DG-03 ONLY:
4 years above high school
This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. One year of full-time academic study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university, or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial, or technical school.
