About the Position: The Supervisory Management Analyst responsible for managing, supervising and coordinating the Manpower Management Program, including justification of new requirements, allocation, documentation and utilization of manpower resources for the Fort Belvoir Garrison.
The position is located in Fort Belvoir, VA.
Duties
Manages, supervises and coordinates the Manpower Management Program, including justification of new requirements, allocation, documentation and utilization of manpower resources for the Ft. Belvoir Garrison.
Manages, supervises and coordinates the Garrison Support Agreements Management Program.
The incumbent has overall responsibility for all Interservice Support Agreements (ISA), Memoranda of Agreement (MOA), Memoranda of Understanding (MOU), and mutual support agreements.
Incumbent oversees the Fort Belvoir Garrison Management Internal Control Program and the contract management support program.
Supervises a group of employees engaged in management analysis and manpower functions.
Plans regular work assignments, prepares plans to meet substantial changes in workload; justifies revisions in staffing levels, work priorities, and deadlines.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes responsibilities for manpower and force management functions including requirement determination, organization and force structure management, manpower programming, budgeting, allocation, and documentation processes; developing work plans, assigning work based on capabilities and workload assessments; and developing written instructions and standard operating procedures.. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
