You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Metric and Analytics Division of BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL.
Duties
You will recommend work methods to increase efficiency or effectiveness manpower utilization.
You will apply quantitative methods to design and conduct comprehensive human resources business studies.
You will extract data used in assessing and improving manpower or service delivery programs.
You will evaluate manpower studies to validate conclusions, recommendations, estimates, projections, or forecasts.
You will prepare reports and recommendations on identified process improvements
You will analyze current and historical data to determine workforce trends
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Recommends solutions to solve problems in military manpower and personnel distribution; 2) Develops metrics for informed decision making on manpower; 3) Using Microsoft Excel and Access to conduct data mining, gathering, and analysis; and 4) Skilled in modern data visualization tools and in building visual data discovery solutions.
