About the Position: This position is located at the USAJFK SPECIAL WARFARE CENTER & SCHOOL CA PROPONENT in Fort Liberty, NC.
Duties
Develops, evaluates, interprets, and submits Military Occupational Classification and Structure actions.
Develops, evaluates, interprets statistical and narrative data.
Reviews Army wide document management, occupational classification, and structure management.
Inputs and retrieves data using HQDA established databases and systems.
Conducts force and grade structure analysis.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- TDY may be required 10% of the time.
- One-year probationary period may be required.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Experience with force structure, manpower and strength requirements; 2) Conducting detailed analyses using analytical, and statistical theories to meet recruitment missions; 3) Analyzing historical data to develop trends,and prepares statistical reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS- 11).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
