You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the Comptroller Department of NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND PAC.
Duties
You will perform all supervisory duties and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies including merit system principles and prohibited personnel practices.
You will serve as the Accounting Branch Head and programs expert within the organization.
You will oversee the preparation and completion of miscellaneous payment vouchers to reimburse Government personnel for miscellaneous expenses incurred.
You will Develop proposals concerning alternative methods, sources, and timing of financing for programs.
You will act as the Alternate Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA).
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Financial Management LEVEL III certification.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading and performing formulation of budget, budget execution, budget reporting, and accounting using various financial management systems, such as Defense Travel System (DTS), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) while following all laws, rules and regulations of budget administration.
