You will serve as a Strategic Communications Program and Senior Analyst for Commander, Naval Information Force Reserve (CNIFR) with headquarters in Fort Worth, TX.
Duties
You will analyze, plan, coordinate, integrate and synthesize the full spectrum of communication capabilities necessary to promote Naval Information Force Reserve Warfare strategic planning and engagement activities.
You will perform a wide range of tasks to develop, analyze, evaluate, advise on, or enhance the effectiveness of organizational structures and procedures.
You will plan and carry out all assignments necessary for the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and operations to meet activity needs.
You will collect, review, interpret, evaluate and integrate information from multiple sources in assessing the relevance of developments.
You will maintain liaison with personnel in other intelligence agencies, laboratories, and operational forces to discuss requirements and provide information.
You will serve as the activity representative at interagency and intra-agency meetings and conferences.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You must acknowledge in writing that you are accepting an appointment in the DCIPS (excepted service) which does not confer competitive status, prior to appointment.
- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a 2-Year DCIPS trial period requirement.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as:
Plan and execute communications, public affairs, media, outreach, and engagement activities across headquarters;
Coordinate with top management officials and high-level representatives to draft and present the command briefings at various events, trainings symposiums and during command indoctrination;
Initiate and conduct special studies and the development of policy recommendations with cross organizational and functional boundaries.
