About the Position: Serve as the Garrison Administrative Services Division Chief. Administer the Program, which includes Records Management, Mail and Distribution, Army Correspondence, Freedom of Information and Privacy Act, Office Symbols, Printing and Publishing, and other Management Information Services.
Duties
Serve as the Installation Administrative Management Program Manager for Publications, FOIA, Privacy Act, and ARIMS.
Manage the installation Office Mail Program and the Official Mail and Distribution Center.
Supervise employees at the Official Mail and Distribution Center and Program Support Office.
Oversee the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) and provide training.
Complete requests pertaining to the Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- Obtain and maintain a secret security clearance for the duration of employment.
- You may be expected to travel for this position 10% of the time.
