About the Position: Management Analyst for US Army Garrison Fort Myer, Resource Management Office, VA, Provides service to Headquarters IMCOM Resource Management Directorate and Manpower Division.
Duties
Serve as Management Analyst for the Joint Base Myer Henderson Hall (JBMHH), Directorate of Resource Management, Manpower, Management and Agreements Branch.
Work with the Director of Resource Management, other Staff Directors and Branch Chiefs to execute complex Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of the Army (DA) policy governing agreements and personnel and equipment management.
Develop, analyze, coordinate, review, and execute, the Installation Agreements (7600-A), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
Process support agreements as either supplier or receiver, and all external government agencies (both Defense and Non-Defense).
Responsible for the Risk Management Internal Control Program with responsibility for the full implementation and operation in accordance with rules and regulations.
Prepare and maintain Tables of Distribution and Allowance.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
- Obtain Financial Management Certification level 2 within the appointed amount of time.
- TDY 10%.
- One year probationary period may be required unless already completed.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: . I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which includes: 1). Operating a complexed installation support agreement program for a worldwide military mission, 2). Advising management on methods of improvement for the correlation of installation support agreements and manpower requirements, and 3). Conducting a detailed analysis of installation support agreement processes and functions for requirements and field utilization.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
