About the Position: Serves as Team Leader for the Joint Base Myer Henderson Hall (JBMHH), Resource Management Office (RMO), Manpower, Management and Agreement Branch leading activities of personnel assigned to the Branch.

Duties

Control the utilization of civilian personnel, spaces and management of manpower requirements. Manage the Manpower and Agreement Management Program (justify new requirements, allocate, document and utilize manpower resources; 7600-A, G-Invoicing. Coordinate with budget and program staffs. Develop and negotiate all Interservice Support Agreements (ISAs), Memoranda of Agreement (MOA), Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) for all tenants. Plan high visibility management reviews and surveys. Assure customer support requirements and management, legal and command responsibilities are met. Provide manpower and management consultation and assistance. Exercise leadership and or managerial responsibility over a team or work group. Provide technical and policy advice/guidance to subordinates and co-workers to accomplish program objectives.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
