You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Real Estate Division of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
Duties
You will conduct periodic Real Estate financial file audits.
You will serve as a Senior Program Analyst for all of the Real Estate programs
You will prepare briefings, technical papers, and cost analysis for presentations to higher authorities.
You will perform budget, financial and resource analysis.
You will research and review statistical data, reports, charts, and financial statements and incorporate them into real estate presentations.
You will support real estate business line leader in the annual Product and Service matrix.
You will coordinate with DFAS, customers, and comptroller's office to resolve any funding or invoice issues.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing Real Estate Leadership with seasoned analytical and consult services that facilitate decisions on funding, processes and process improvements, metrics, contracts, funding execution and personnel actions 2) Evaluating and advising on a variety of organizational missions, structures business methodology, administrative and management practices within the programs and operation 3)Performing budget, financial and resource analysis 4)Performing Real Estate file audits
