Duties
You will serve as a Supervisor for the NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVWAR); assigned to the Corporate Operations Directorate (8.0) and report to the Director of Corporate Operations.
You will serve as the senior advisor for Total Force efforts as the single point of contact for Total Force issues.
You will serve as a focal point for Echelon II and III Total Force matters involving the civilian, and military (active and reserve component) forces.
You will serve as the Total Force lead for current and future Business Intelligence capabilities and align with NAVWAR command-wide data strategies, data policies, and implementation plans.
You will directly support NAVWAR organizational goals aimed at gaining greater visibility into resourcing decisions, risks, consequences and integration of total force requirements execution.
You will directly lead efforts to input, validate and maintain workforce data In official manpower systems of record including: Intelligent Workbook (IW), Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), and Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).
You will oversee preparation and maintenance of dashboards, formal briefings, reports, and presentations.
You will be responsible for administrative oversight, advice, and policy for military (active and reserve component) personnel and manpower processes, instructions in the following areas: Fitness Reports, Evaluations; and collateral duties.
You will provide specific actionable recommendations regarding analysis, strategic intent, and plans of action to meet the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) leadership goals.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Generally, current Federal employees applying to APS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications and pay band requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and documented in your resume.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-3 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing manpower and strategic workforce planning, execution planning and military workforce programs to meet organizational goals; and supervising all efforts associated with coaching and counseling subordinates.
