About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a Management Analyst in the US Army Aviation and Missile Command, AMCOM, with responsibility for analyzing and interpreting regulatory guidance and policies to evaluate and identify organization requirements, etc.

Duties

Perform personnel management studies and surveys which are highly complex in nature, comprehensive in scope and impact across organizational lines. Typical studies involve organizations, functions, or work processes that interrelate extensively with others. Assure adequacy and completeness of all applicable Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) input and completeness of documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable policies on organization, and associated personnel management concepts and provides guidance to organization officials on such matters.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance during the duration of employment.
  • Occasional travel may be expected up to 10% of the time for this position.
