Duties
You will define and prioritize NAVAIR's long-range operational requirements for IT/IM support.
You will represent NAVAIR to provide official inputs for and comments on Navy and DoD policy pertaining to IT/IM customer support and operations
functions.
You will lead efforts required to project and determine requirements and associated funding and other resources necessary to fulfill IT/IM customer support and operations requirements.
You will provide technical and management oversight for the implementation of major Enterprise-wide customer service and operations program
initiatives.
You will lead the implementation of new policy and process guidelines, provide briefings and interpretations of new policies and guidelines.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position; the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or NH-3 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading the selection and application of analytical techniques to perform the capability baseline analyses and infrastructure/Cloud planning analyses; 2) Lead the implementation of new policy and process guidelines, provide briefings and interpretations of new policies and guidelines; and 3) Providing technical and management oversight for the implementation of major Enterprise-wide customer service and operations program initiatives
