You will serve as a Program Manager in the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) of COMPATWINGSLANT.
Duties
You will provide timely and accurate input to, and maintenance of JOPES database time-Phased Force and Deployment (TPFDD) of Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Forces (MPRF) in support of global operations and contingency plans.
You will serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MPR force data as it related to support of the Global Force Management Implementation Guidance, CJCSM 3122 (JOPES Volume I), the Global Force Management Allocation Plan and Schedule.
You will provide correct Force Tracking Number (FTN), deployment/redeployment dates, proper unit tasking, and other matters that impact deployment and employment.
You will be responsible for promulgation of CPRG doctrine as it relates to JOPES, Strategic Mobility, Unit Movement, and Force Deployments.
You will provide authoritative direction and training to subordinate commands relating to Force Deployments.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Experience and subject matter expert knowledge in the JOPES database to execute function as JOPES Program Manager, specifically to create, modify, and delete Unit Line Numbers (ULN), Force Modules (FM), Type Unit Characteristics (TUCHA) and Passenger/Cargo Increment Number (PlN/CIN) data for CPRG requirements within the required Plan ID (PID).
*Experience and subject matter expert knowledge in the JOPES database to execute function as CPRG JOPES Program Manager, sig to include the use of joint management capabilities within the JOPES database to create, modify, and delete CPRG data within the PIDs in accordance with CJCSM and combatant commander level TPFDD Letters of Instruction.
*Experience and subject matter expert knowledge in all aspects of the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES), specifically to include the overall planning and execution process as outlined in CJCSM 3122 series (JOPES Volumes I through III).
*Experience and subject matter expert knowledge in Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPPDD), specifically to include use of the editing capabilities within the JOPES database for creation, update and deletion of records, creation and deletion of force modules, and setting validations to identify and document force deployments in the JOPES database in accordance with CJCS and combatant commander level TPFDD Letters of Instruction.
*Experience and subject matter expert knowledge in Time Phased Force Deployment Data {TPFDD), specifically to include the use of reports capability to provide output data to manage deployment of forces in accordance with CJCS and combat commander level TPFDD Letters of Instruction. Incumbent requires expert knowledge in all aspects operational orders to proper formatting for joint procedures, understanding of command relations to include joint and naval service, and understanding of deployment authorities in accordance with Global Force.
*Experience and expert knowledge in the Global Force Management (GFM) system, specifically to include the assignment process, the allocation process and the
apportionment process. As outlined in the Unified Command Plan, Force For Unified Commands, Global Force Management Implementation Guidance, Global Force
Management Allocation Plan, and the Global Force Management Schedule.
*Experience and comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of program management policies, concepts, practices, and principles in order to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives.
*Experience and comprehensive knowledge of the unified command structure and of Navy and Marine Corps organizations. Familiarity with the overall joint planning procedures to include requirements and capabilities documents, timetables, and the operation plan submission/approval process is required to fully understand the importance of the plans/planning systems developed and maintained.
*Experience and comprehensive knowledge of the processes associated with the joint operation planning systems and related systems involved in the planning and conduct of
military operations. This knowledge should incorporate previous analysis experience in JOPES software and computer systems. This knowledge is required to accurately
represent military planner requirements and to articulate these requirements in technical terms.
