You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Workforce Classification Programs Department (Code 10) of NAVMAC.

Duties

Performs analysis, evaluation and advisory assignments related to the effectiveness of workforce classification programs. Reviews results and conducts comprehensive analysis of occupational data obtained through surveys observations, interviews and subject matter panels Conducts details analyses of complex issues and work processes of technical line of programs and makes recommendations for improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.

  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Travel on short notice may be required.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide effective management and governance of occupational classification programs; 2) Provide advice and guidance to management on occupational classification processes; 3) Analyze and present findings on workforce classification elements and job analysis (JA) projects to stakeholders in the form of briefings and manual updates.
