You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist in the Staffing Department of one of our 5 OCHR Operations Center.

Duties
You will perform a full range of technical and administrative supervisory functions for approximately 4 to 12 employees involved in the provision of analytical and administrative support function related to data integrity.
You will serve as a technical expert and strategic partner for assigned organizations. Partners with serviced Human Resources Offices to ensure their Commands are adequately staffed to meet mission requirements.
You will maintain high levels of work production and ensures work is produced timely.
You will plan work for subordinate staff to accomplish, set and adjust short-term priorities for the team, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
You will monitor performance and provide timely feedback on meeting expectations and identify unacceptable performance during the appraisal cycle to provide assistance to improve performance.
You will analyze trends on a quantitative and qualitative basis and forecasts changes in workforce requirements to determine innovative methods to address and resolve complex HR pay and compensation issues.
You will recommend solutions to HR issues while considering the long-term impact on the organization and relaying other information impacting business transactions between stakeholders
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading a team of human resources specialists and assistants in a full range of data integrity services (e.g. quality assurance of processing actions, pay resolution, development of gap training, workforce performance, etc.) for an organization.
