You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (MARITIME MOBILITY ACQUISITION) in the COMBAT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU.

Duties

You will provide direct support to the Maritime Mobility Branch on management of the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process. You will support and assist in the development of branch Program Objective Memorandum (POM) documents. You will be responsible for preparing and tracking ECP's through the Requirements Review Board process. You will provide support to operational and developmental test and evaluation process at various locations.

• This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. You will be required to sign a DD-Form-2760, Qualification to possess firearms or ammunition.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• Incumbent is subject to periodic counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraphs.
• Required to report to the command when requested.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting the short-range and long-range requirements of Maritime Mobility Branch; monitoring and tracking how resources are expended to ensure proper and cost effective usage within available funding limits.
