You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND (NETC) of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.
Duties
You will initiate, develop and administer the command's inventory control program.
You will provide guidance and conduct surveys of command suppl, quality assurance and inventory management functions.
You will develop long-range material support plans.
You will manage and monitor all documentation related to equipment disposal, permanent and temporary transfers, and Depot Level Repairables (DLRs).
You will implement Property pass policies, training plans and lesson guides.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card to make official government purchases for goods and services.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of supply policies, procedures, rules, and regulations; 2) Managing, interpreting and applying regulatory and procedural requirements; 3) Recommending solutions to inventory management and inventory records situations; 4) Using DPAS and other automated supply and financial inventory databases for inventory management (property management, reporting policy and procedures, excess equipment management, inventories); 5) documenting inventory management functions, recommending program upgrades, and providing guidance on the appropriate use of approved Property Pass Programs; 6) Reviewing purchase documents to ensure accuracy of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes; And 7) Assisting in the development and implementation of short- and long-range excess equipment management plans.
