You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Supply Management Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.

Duties

You will monitor the daily operation of ERP and NALCOMIS to ensure processes are occurring as expected and program output is timely and correct. You will assist in physical inventory operations which include planning, coordinating and evaluating actions required to support specified schedules and missions. You will train new systems users and ensure they acquire all the credentials required to gain access to the IT gateways used to perform their jobs. You will conduct location surveys by reviewing material in locations and comparing data to N-ERP stock item data, ensuring location validity. You will prepare quality assurance reports on all studies conducted providing process analysis and recommendations for improvements/required corrective actions.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Validating all stock physical inventory discrepancies and the maintenance of statistical controls; 2) Conducting location surveys by reviewing material in locations and comparing data to N-ERP stock item data, ensuring location validity; 3) Preparing quality assurance reports on all studies conducted providing process analysis and recommendations for improvements/required corrective actions; 4) Coordinating with warehouse personnel to have any missing or damaged barcode bin labels replaced and resolves all discrepancies. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:master's or equivalent graduate degree
