You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Supply Management Department at the Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville FL (FLCJ).

Duties

You will assist in the completion of physical inventory operations by planning, coordinating, and evaluating the actions required to support specified schedules and missions. You will train new systems users and ensure they acquire the necessary credentials to gain access to IT programs and systems. You will conduct location surveys by reviewing materials and checking them against data to ensure validity. You will work with warehouse personnel to correct materials that may have been mis-categorized. You will maintain, update, verify, and review a variety of reports regarding inventory and material summaries.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate: Applying working knowledge of Department of Defense (DOD) Supply policies and their corresponding rules, regulations, and procedures to monitor, investigate, evaluate, and resolve both physical supply issues and supply systems issues. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Utilizing computer information systems (i.e. Enterprise Resource Planning) and Microsoft programs (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to monitor, access, update, and correct data; 2) Assisting with physical inventory management and resolving discrepancies; 3) Performing quality control of all logistical supply functions to determine efficiency and accuracy of operations; and 4) Researching and analyzing supply data to ensure command/customer goals are met. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
or
