Duties

You will maintain a comprehensive Continuity of Operations (COOP) pan for all equipment in the computer operations center for disaster recovery. You will prepare standard login scripts and establishes network access protocols to enable customers to gain local or remote access. you will organize vendor demonstrations sessions for other specialist and recommend purchase of new tools to enhance the delivery of customer support services.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.Providing network, hardware, and software support to commands 2.Serving as a senior customer technical analyst for resolving complex customer issues 3.
