Duties
Serve as the Project Manager for the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Exercises, Experiments, and Engagements (EEE) section.
Plan, develop, integrate, and manage the execution of the full range of ARSOF Exercises, Experiments, and Engagements in service and joint concept-based Live Prototype venues.
Oversee and manage the development of capability concepts and Live Prototype systems and applications.
Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities and prepares schedules for the completion of work.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top-Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This position is subject to a pre-employment drug screening, and random testing thereafter.
- Requires pre-employment financial disclosure and annually thereafter in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R.
- A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 30% of the time.
- This position may require the incumbent to work unscheduled and/or unplanned overtime.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Project management experience, managing the execution of a full range of exercises, experiments, and engagements involving Special Operations Forces capability requirements; Conducting analysis of capability requirements; and making capability requirement recommendations to senior leaders. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
