You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (APPSW) in the Information Tech Services of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.
Duties
You will plan and coordinate test, development and production release management processes to ensure correct implementation of software applications.
You will develop application software tests (e.g., unit integration, performance, user acceptance) to meet software or system requirements.
You will provide information technology (IT) guidance to citizen developers, customers and users on the Microsoft Power Platform and how to analyze and documenting work flow processes.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develop and deploy Server/Client and Web software applications using programming languages such as Visual Basic, C++, HTML, and the Microsoft Power Platform to create applications that meet security requirements and user needs; 2) Responsible for troubleshooting and complex system conflict resolution, lifecycle maintenance planning, project management, and analysis of IT systems for optimal performance; 3) Gather, analyze, and evaluate user requirements. Provide technical guidance to users in analyzing and documenting workflow processes and identifying potential improvements and
efficiencies to be gained through automation; 4) Analyze data sets, user requirements, and available system technology to develop and deploy complex databases ensuring they meet all IT security requirements and user expectations. Using MS SQL and/or MS Access, build databases, including tables, joins, SQL queries, and reports. Identify and improve user work processes to better capture necessary data; 5) Interact with users to define processes, data sets, and workflow to build MS Sharepoint tools and develop solutions that automate and integrate work processes. Integrate external
databases with the CNRNW SharePoint Online (SPO) portal. Ensure the security and reliability of all integrated data.
