You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Developing, reviewing, updating sustainability and or environmental policies/ regulations. Serving as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for an agency support services contract providing additional technical expertise and administrative support to manage the agency's sustainability, Environmental and Energy Programs. Subject matter expert on all matters pertaining to energy management issues, including power generation and renewable technology that affect an agency or impact strategic planning, operations, facility planning, maintenance and emergency preparedness. Applies knowledge of NEPA and other federal mandates for environmental planning and asset stewardship with both internal clients and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, enhance the stewardship of both physical (property, plant, and equipment) and financial resources, and improve working relationships in the operating, regulatory, and logistical activities.
