About the Position: This Management Analyst position is part of the Integrated Logistics Support Center and part of the Office of the Director, Chief of Staff, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
Duties
Performs a variety of duties relating to the development, documentation, and control of civilian manpower requirements and resources.
Collects and compiles background data for use in civilian manpower spaces, special studies and review and analysis on apparent discrepancies.
Evaluates the adequacy of controls and reporting systems and develops such systems where none exist
Performs analysis and recommends changes in procedures, workflow and organization.
Interfaces with supervisor division chiefs to develop a comprehensive manpower program to meet the needs of the organization; makes recommendations to supervisor/Director for changes.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education/experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Managing and executing a full range of complex reimbursable manpower projects and programs, 2) Utilizing automated systems to compile statistical data; 3) Developing procedures and new initiatives for the reimbursable programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-01 or GS-04).

I have the general experience as described in A, but less than three years; and I have some education as described in B, but less than the required four years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 36.
