About the Position: This Management Analyst position is part of the Integrated Logistics Support Center and part of the Office of the Director, Chief of Staff, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

Duties

Performs a variety of duties relating to the development, documentation, and control of civilian manpower requirements and resources. Collects and compiles background data for use in civilian manpower spaces, special studies and review and analysis on apparent discrepancies. Evaluates the adequacy of controls and reporting systems and develops such systems where none exist Performs analysis and recommends changes in procedures, workflow and organization. Interfaces with supervisor division chiefs to develop a comprehensive manpower program to meet the needs of the organization; makes recommendations to supervisor/Director for changes.
