About the Position:
Serves as a Management and Program Analyst for the District Project Controls and Program Management Branch (PMX), Planning, Programs and Project Management Division (P3MD). The incumbent serves as the subject matter expert for Project Management Automated Information System (PROMIS/P2) Primavera for all Branches within P3MD.
Duties
Serves as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for P3MD P2Primavera contractor support.
Serves as the team lead for all internal schedulers.
Responsible for Managing, analyzing, and evaluating the scheduling and resourcing for all Programs in P3MD – Civil, Military, Environmental, Veterans Affairs (VA) and Interagency and International Services (IIS).
Assists PROMIS users in P3MD regarding implementing and maintaining Primavera data to follow District policies and standards.
Exercises control and surveillance over the use of P2 Primavera to assure efficient and effective achievement of program objectives.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analytical, financial, and budgetary support to District Branch/Section Chiefs and PMs within P3MD. Assists PMs in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating project budgets and schedules in P2. Creates, executes, and monitors the allocation and use of project funds within P2 and CEFMS. Compiles information for program and project analysis, which reflects the progress, problems, obligations, expenditures, and effectiveness of assigned projects. Assists in developing the project execution budgets based on general guidance from the PM. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
