About the Position: The pay band NH-04 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-14/15. Other initiatives under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification, streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities.
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Duties
Serves as technical expert working with Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Stakeholders to enable the Army Zero Trust Architecture through planning, designing, requirements mapping and integration of hardware/software systems.
Maintains knowledge of existing and new advancements in ICAM technology (e.g Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Providers (IdPs), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Fast Identity Online (FIDO) and Client to Authenticator Protocols (CTAP).
Leads a multi-disciplinary team of technical experts/engineers/scientists to plan, design, develop and test Army ICAM related projects.
Assist Program Managers in aligning cybersecurity roadmaps and plans to Army ICAM requirements and delivery schedule.
Documents and prepares factual and analytical reports WRT ICAM testing requirements.
Monitor programs and acquisition documentation related to systems engineering for executability and compliance with established program decisions, ICAM Requirements, policies, cybersecurity, and Zero Trust Policies.
Engages with product owners, cybersecurity staff and customer organizations concerning architecture, concepts, and developments of new or changed cybersecurity measures that pertain to ICAM.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.

- One-year trial/probationary period may be required.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.

Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.
Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-03). Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Leading a team performing logistics management duties within a weapon system and/or information system project/programs; 2) Providing guidance, advice and recommendations on weapon system and/or information system logistics; and 3) Presenting briefings and/or reports on program logistics and I have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below, based on the grade-level required, at this position being filled:
