Duties
This position is in Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations, J6, Cybersecurity Directorate, J61, serving as the Cyber Resilience, Director responsible for DLA's cyber contingency and assured logistics.
Responsible for the planning, budgeting, resourcing, and management of DLA's enterprise-wide cyber resilience capability that ensures the ability of the organization's; critical business functions and information technology (IT) operations.
Identifying strategies and techniques to address identified risks and plan for mitigations that actively seek to detect and protect, while also leveraging codified countermeasures that enable expedient adaptations to disruptions.
Leads efforts in conjunction with responsible Agency stakeholders to identify all operationally critical contracted support, while seeking sources and methods for distributing, and where possible, consolidating current...
(cont.) cyber threat intelligence information and establishing a standard cyber resource repository.
Investigates and responds to inquires concerning discrepant or suspected nonconforming materials/shipments and other customer service issues.
Exercises the full range of personnel administration within the Cyber Resilience Division, including the establishment of performance plans for subordinate employees and evaluating their performance against established objectives.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Directs a program segment responsible for identifying cyberspace elements that enable critical business functions include data, IT assets, business processes, and personnel to include planning, budgeting, and resourcing.
Identifies strategies and techniques to address identified risks and plan for mitigations that actively seek to detect and protect.
Establishment of performance plans for subordinate employees and evaluating their performance against established objectives.
